Keeping track of your PH is your window to your body's health. We can no longer just take off the shelf and eat it, you have no idea of its content truth and any goodness, if any, what it says on the packet is only an indication it will never tell you what the side effects are or any long term damage that could occur.

You are what you eat and the illness's you will contract will be in direct connection with your PH.
Iron from blood transfusions can build up and cause great harm, even death.
