Aspirin - Side effects
Like all medicines, aspirin can cause side effects, although not everyone gets them.
Common side effects of aspirin happen in more than 1 in 100 people. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if the side effects bother you or don't go away:
Mild indigestion
bleeding more easily than normal - because aspirin thins your blood it can sometimes make you bleed more easily. For example, you may get nosebleeds, bruise more easily and if you cut yourself, the bleeding may take longer than normal to stop.
Serious side effects
It happens rarely, but some people have serious side effects after taking low dose aspirin.

For me I am always looking for an alternative treatment, the Pharm Mafia are not gods so listening and following every word puts everyone in the "I have no knowledge and must do " and assume that what they say is the right way?
One of the biggest retorts I have heard from Doctors is this " It is tried and tested and a long line of history" which to me is insufficient evidence as this only "smothers" that there are other means and natural means to do the same thing, you will never ever hear from them of a natural product answer. They are not allowed to do that.
So here is our answer to Aspirin, natures way.
Now, this recipe is something I like but you may use any other means to intake the same.
The 3 being Garlic / Ginger / Cayenne pepper
How to stop taking Aspirin but still keep your blood thin naturally
This recipe has all natural ingredients. ALWAYS check with your health professional before you stop taking Aspirin. Research ingredients so that you clearly understand how they work in the body. DO NOT TAKE IF YOU SUFFER GASTRIC PROBLEMS LIKE ULCERS ETC
Recipe - Sambles (South African version of Salsa Verde)
2 medium size onions (I use red as they are sweet)
2 red chillies
2 medium plum tomatoes
5 good size garlic cloves
2 inches (or thumb length) ginger
1 bottle of apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
Half a bunch of Coriander (cilantro)
Finely chop all the ingredients and mix together in a large bowl. You can add or leave out the sugar depending on your taste.
Leave to stand in bowl for 12 hours for flavour to develop. Put in suitable bowl or bottle and cover. Place in fridge. Take 2 tablespoons daily after or together with a meal. Will keep fresh for a week.
Ginger can work the same way that aspirin does by blocking the enzyme that causes inflammation. It can also break down existing inflammation in the body. Like Aspirin, ginger also contains salicylates, natural acids that thin the blood
.
Garlic is as useful as a blood thinner as aspirin, minus the side-effects. With its blood-thinning potential, it can increase blood flow and prevent heart conditions like atherosclerosis, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure. Garlic is also rich in antioxidants known to help combat free radicals that contribute to heart disease.
Please be careful that you do not overload on natural blood thinners as this can cause severe bleeding. Do not take alongside Aspirin.
Another alternative to Aspirin is Cayenne Pepper which has a high amount of blood-thinning salicylates and can improve blood circulation without raising blood pressure. It also has clot-busting effects and can be used for relief from angina and heart attack recovery.
