Food Bye Bye Doughnut/Sweets/Dairy



I am like many others out there who eats a doughnut, buys a pork pie and eats pizza or just about anything I fancy and have done so for years.

In school, Nutrition was never on the menu nor was financial education, looking back, I now know why there were subjects omitted from the school curricular. But that's  a whole other story in its self, just to basically say, money is made from food and it does not matter where it comes from as long as you get ill, that is all that really matters. You didn't think it was to keep you alive, did you? Sell food in any form and let's make more money from you through sickness, because all wrong foods are not what your body needs and it is going to tell you one way or another. Fact!

The older you get is the time to look at your food intake especially if you are suffering from any persistent illness. Nutrition is, without a doubt, your first task to tackle when fighting diseases. Take your PH each day and be your own Doctor.


At this moment in time, I  am still waiting for a full report from the haematologist, once I have that then it is off to see our other practitioner for a full body inspection, everything that maybe I am low on or too much off or needed to take.

There is a lot of paperwork, samples and lab testing and it all takes time to sort out what is what and which direction one is to go, if you are going down the route (CBD) as I am then do not hesitate, get started as you never know the next blood samples you give could show something very interesting.

My blood will be scanned for everything, this is all going down into my DNA and deeper. Only then will I have the full picture of my body. I can work with the knowledge I get from the reports without having to search the Internet for fact and fiction and copying wrong information. If you can have your body makeup put on paper then what better way is there to fix yourself than from the very person who needs fixing YOU!



We all love it but our bodies do not
