It is my belief that Marijuana does hold the key to many cases of illness. And that the Pharmacies, without a doubt, have been the instigators of many deaths because they have held back medical secrets known to man for ages.
Why spend so much time and millions of dollars on court cases and putting people in jail for telling the truth, why has evidence been destroyed and covered up, instead of archiving for future reference? what does Marijuana have that the pharmacies are covering it up? and why now? are they growing their own strain?
When something life threatening comes along everything else just
disappears and it no longer means anything; I felt this with my heart attack.
I ask myself why some would people not fight to live longer, why not try other
means to solve something that could be the answer. It took technology to repair
my heart; it is going to take a fight on my part to destroy this cancer.
I was thinking today why we came to Scotland and it was not because I wanted to
die here but we came here to enjoy it, the both of us, after much travel,
decided to rest in Scotland.
This is just one of many reasons I/we want to live longer there is so much to do on our bucket list and walking, driving, hiking and camping Scotland is one of them. We have been here three years building our new home in the Glencoe area and yet due to setbacks and now these illnesses over the near same period we have not had that opportunity to do so.
Here are some reasons why you might agree that life has a lot to offer us and so much to fight for, just in our part of the world.
Back in the sixties and seventies and being part of an era in the land of the Beatles Rolling Stones and many other greats. A time of love power and marijuana smoking. It was the ''In thing'' in those years, Woodstock, Stonehenge and Glastonbury.
Would I ever turn the clock back? If I knew what I know now in regards to marijuana and its health benefits, I could have been rich or locked up, as at the time marijuana was being kept under lock and key by the big boys. They did not want the public to know about the other side of the drug and were studying its properties and on how to take a natural product and patent it. They could not do it, so thousands of people have died and still do today as they hide behind their walls guarding secrets to man's health.
As I am on this journey I have no menu to work by nor anyone to turn to for help, only to the power of social media have I been able to get testimonials and speak to real people who have survived cancer. I do not expect things to run like clockwork as that is not possible and so mishaps or learning curves may come along that can only be treated as a lesson ''On the way to recovery''.
No High's or feeling stoned were felt in the making of this video. Apart from nutrition, this is the most I look forward to during the day, it is this that is going to decide what is going to happen to me in the long run. Everything I have read and watched and my own experience with marijuana and its properties leads to this medication being successful, there is always a margin of doubt within one's self when trying something the first time around.
I/we so want this to work not just for me but as a source for so many other people who can come to this blog and see a success story and everything it took to get well again.
I am like many others out there who eats a doughnut, buys a pork pie and eats pizza or just about anything I fancy and have done so for years. In school, Nutrition was never on the menu nor was financial education, looking back, I now know why there were subjects omitted from the school curricular. But that's a whole other story in its self, just to basically say, money is made from food and it does not matter where it comes from as long as you get ill, that is all that really matters. You didn't think it was to keep you alive, did you? Sell food in any form and let's make more money from you through sickness, because all wrong foods are not what your body needs and it is going to tell you one way or another. Fact! The older you get is the time to look at your food intake especially if you are suffering from any persistent illness. Nutrition is, without a doubt, your first task to tackle when fighting diseases. Take your PH each day and be your own Doctor.
At this moment in time, I am still waiting for a full report from the haematologist, once I have that then it is off to see our other practitioner for a full body inspection, everything that maybe I am low on or too much off or needed to take.
There is a lot of paperwork, samples and lab testing and it all takes time to sort out what is what and which direction one is to go, if you are going down the route (CBD) as I am then do not hesitate, get started as you never know the next blood samples you give could show something very interesting.
My blood will be scanned for everything, this is all going down into my DNA and deeper. Only then will I have the full picture of my body. I can work with the knowledge I get from the reports without having to search the Internet for fact and fiction and copying wrong information. If you can have your body makeup put on paper then what better way is there to fix yourself than from the very person who needs fixing YOU!
Cannabis oil appears to be the wonder plant of our times but why do cannabinoids work well with the human body. This is I had to find out, it is all AOK to just accept the medicine and pray it works. 17/07/2017 the start of taking medical cannabis suppositories. Why this way? by using the back door one is by passing the liver and in it goes straight into the blood stream.
Cacao butter is the edible fat extracted from the raw Cacao bean. Used chocolate and pharmaceuticals and melts below body temperature.
You could say this is another hidden sweetie for cancer cells.
Ok, no you can't go and get the fishing kit out, there is a proper mould and much larger in quantity of moulds you can make, you can make your own suppositories as you will see in the video.
As far as quantity of CBD and THC, I am taking 50/50 of each. I will be needing more info on quality of the oil content of what I am at present taking, to give an example is it 50% pure CBD or other. all figures and charts will be a downloadable resource, eventually. Update later.

If you have a heart condition then my best advice is to get yourself a home heart monitor. Most likely you will be taking drugs to assist your heart in doing things such as keeping your blood pressure at a steady pressure as recommended by your doctor or hospital.
When taking medicinal cannabis it is known that it can actually lower blood pressure and as some have said (you may not have to take a certain drug ever again but for now let's not assume anything and just been normal in your routine).
I myself am taking my first suppository this evening and to start my medical marijuana road to health and I need an inside peek at what is going on with my heart status.
Blood pressure monitors vary in price and this is what I looked for before bothering about price.

6. I did not go for fancy things like getting an app for my phone nor did I need a graphical memory (History) as I am using my own printed and hand wrote sheets, the choice is optional of course.
7. Price? if you spend about £30 to £50 then you have a good monitor and don't go to eBay or Amazon go straight to a reputable company with all the info and back up you require, but once again that is your choice.
There are hundreds of monitors out there and you have no idea of materials, accuracy etc of the machine and it is your heart you have to monitor so don't rush in, take the time to investigate.
Just follow instructions and do it daily and record. You are now your own heart doctor and looking at what your heart is doing can only be a good thing.
If more people were to keep these machines in their home and do a periodic check it could save a life right next to the first aid kit.
Sodium of Bicarbonate a weapon of destruction for cancer cells or they don't like this stuff. The Internet is full of ways to use of Soda so much so that the evidence is over whelming and the war against cancer cells is also in living proof by those who take SB as we shall call it.
Cancer does not like an Alkaline body and SB does just that, it starts changing the PH of the body and to get to the cancer cells it needs to get into the blood cells. Chemotherapy drugs that do not exist in our body can kill cells and kill all the good ones as well so much so that it is possible that one would have to have a bone marrow transplant.
Cancer does not like an Alkaline body which I have already spoken about in another previous post. Having had a heart attack and now having leukaemia it is important for me to understand why Alkalinity is important for my health.
After buying a PH test kit I found that my PH was about 6.5 which is not bad when between 7 to 8 is OK optimum being 7.2.
Now the research comes in and it has been another journey finding facts and fiction and no one really agreeing with each other. One thing after another being conflicting and misleading information enough to drive you crazy when searching the Internet for answers.
So let's start with home tap water firstly mentioning that we live in the highlands of Scotland and that our water quite literally comes off the mountains. it's PH being 6.2 around where we live although we would not drink it because of ''What ever else is in there'' and we are much lower down from actual source, but still a fair to good PH reading and its mineral content. Next, test our tap water, surprisingly it was the near same at 6.5 where a water company should be looking at delivering at 7.0 maybe something happens along the pipe run? anyway, it is good.
Can we raise the PH further to 7.5 and drink daily and be safe? Our thoughts went to the Alkaline filter kettle, so we bought one. There is much evidence on the Internet about these gadgets plus the plug in the wall table top models (I am not going to talk about the plug ins, I am staying away from them completely, they scared me already).
Having filtered our tap water it took a PH of it, not I sec in did change extremely fast and after the required dunking time 15 seconds, removed it and already I could see there was a problem, the colour had gone straight up to 9.0 and if I had a chart of the max which is up to 14 I would have said 9.5 to 10 PH way too high to be healthy. I even boiled it to see if any reaction but still the same. For us and now confirmed, we will not be using the device. This by no means that where you live that water filtered from your tap will have the same as ours (If that makes any difference) so just check you PH on both and make your own decision.
I am still not convinced that high or low is detrimental to my health issues so I keep looking for
information, here is an example of what I call conflicting information or misinformation.
Food is important, Mac Burgers and fat sausages beer and fags maybe the diet of many but for the body, it could do well without and would not miss anything it does not require. Only the receptors in your mind make you eat what you see and smell is also a very good enticer, a nice steak with some fat smells all to good when smelling your neighbour's barbeque. Manufacturers and growers know all this and at any opportunity will use your sensors to make you walk in and buy. You know that coffee shop aroma wafting down the street and a carrot cake waiting for you.
I cannot any longer enjoy what my senses like but now must move forward to eating a more balanced enriched food source, vegetables and fruit which I am now enjoying a lot more than I ever did, steamed and not boiled anymore and more than 4/5 veg a day, fish which I like anyway, pork chops, bacon (Bye Bye Bacon buttie), some chicken are out and more now as a treat (Organic), nothing processed at all in meats, that has all stopped and lets face it you do not know what is in it anyway.
Our garden has become more veg now and lettuce that bunnies would die for, radish, cabbage, corn, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, peas and beans, onions. Another veg like kale, beetroot I am having an issue growing due to our weather, very wet and low sunshine, must get myself a poly tunnel.
All these foods help with PH balance in the body to create a healthy you.
I am an engineer by trade Air-conditioning and Catering equipment which includes Ice machines. I have worked on hundreds of Ice machines and seen some nasty stuff growing in them, from pink to green and brown moulds caused by either bad water or lack of disinfection of the machine and always a build up of calcium on the inner water flow parts (Including hot water boilers, Tea/Coffee Urns pretty much anything that water is used for food preparation or drinking. If you are an avid ice machine user then always check or ask if the water is filtered, if you can see behind the machine you will see a cylindrical shape hanging down, that will be the filter, although sometimes they can look like a long cigar in line with the waterline.
Water filters I know something about and have installed many of them. Which brings me to this one and only website that I found that tells me what I have been looking for although I don't quite agree with their 8.0 I certainly would not go any higher than that figure if you were to drink pints per day. I am no way affiliated or endorsing this website for its products but I am endorsing their facts and at last finally found the answer to many questions including their comment on how high alkaline water can affect body organs, one of them being MY HEART.
A word of caution on any bottled water you buy, it is easy to buy water off the shelf but did you know that the PH can differ quite dramatically so if you are that person, test the waters PH you may have to change it for something less potentially harmful to your organs.
Have I done my research? you tell me if I am wrong.
I think in my opinion that the food and beverage found on the shelf are not just food but food that is in some way to keep you in a state of illness maybe not right away but some time later and in the future, you will be going to the doctor or worse to the hospital.
Although choice is nice to have, it is causing ourselves great harm, where-else on the planet where food is grown for survival and a supermarket is unheard off, live healthy people.
Rules, regulations, laws, are only guide lines for manufacturers as long as no one dies from their products immediately then it's a free market to make profit and taxes and you are nothing more than a consumer and a patient.

Update; 20/07/2017 rather than throw away the kettle I have decided to use it but only with my bicarb drink and that's just a cupful. Seeing it is my night cap and alkalinity is what I need to happen and for the amount of water used it is not harmful to me.
1. First, upon waking test your saliva with the pHydrion paper. When you get out of bed, wet the end of a pHydrion test strip with your saliva (Use a spoon and not put in mouth). Note the colour change and write down the pH number. Do this before brushing your teeth, drinking, smoking, or even thinking of eating any food. The optimum saliva pH should be 7.2.
2. Next, test your first urine of the morning. This is urine that has been stored in your bladder during the night that is ready to be eliminated when you get up. You need to pee on a strip of pHydrion paper, note the colour change and write down the pH number. The first urine should run optimally between a pH 6.8 to 7.2. If your first urine pH is lower than 6.8 you are deficient in alkaline buffers and need to move to a more alkaline diet rich in fresh green vegetables and fruits. If your first urine pH is higher than 7.2 your alkaline buffers are sufficient to neutralise the acidic foods and drinks you ingested the day before. To balance the pH of the urine you need to move away from acidic foods and drinks and begin ingesting liberal amounts of electron rich green vegetables, low sugar fruits and healthy polyunsaturated fats.
3. Next, test your second-morning urine before eating any food. This number should be the pH of your second urine after you have eliminated the acid load from the day before. The acids should be gone the second time you go to the bathroom so your urine pH should be ideally 7.2 or higher. If the pH is lower than 6.8 then you are in a state of latent tissue acidosis and you are deficient of alkaline buffers such as bicarbonate, sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium. The lower pH is also indicative of a diet high in protein and an increase in acids from proteins including nitric, sulfuric, phosphoric and uric acids. Eliminate from the diet proteins from beef, chicken, turkey, pork and fish to normalise pH at 7.2 while eating liberal amounts of green foods and green drinks and healthy polyunsaturated fats.
4. For breakfast eat an avocado soup, vegetable soup, the healing soup or drink some fresh almond milk or a fresh green drink. Wait five minutes and then check your urine and saliva again. Write these pH numbers down also. The pH numbers will go up from the first and second-morning urine and saliva if you have sufficient alkaline reserves to buffer acids. If you do not then the pH numbers will show very little change or even go down from the early morning pH numbers.
5. Make sure you check your urine and saliva pH between meals, i.e., between breakfast and lunch and between lunch and dinner. The pH should always be between 7.2 to 8.4, right after meals and between 6.8 to 7.2 a couple of hours after meals.
The five tests above show the following:
1. The efficiency of the digestive system to deal with what you ate the night before, i.e., the first and second AM urine and saliva pH. These numbers will change from day to day if you are living an eating acidic. When you begin The pH Miracle Living Plan you will see the pH of the urine and saliva become more constant and balanced at a pH of 7.2 or higher.
2. How well you treat yourself in general, i.e., how 'strong' the salivary glands, stomach, pancreas, gallbladder and liver are in dealing with excess acidity. This is once again the AM urine and saliva pH. This number shows the overall state of your health, the condition of the alkaline reserve of your body which reflects the diet you have been eating over the last months and years. This pH number stays rather constant and will only change after some work has been done in alkalizing and energizing the body as outlined in the pH Miracle books. Since the saliva and urine pH is an indicator of intracellular pH, saliva and urine pH readings should never be below the pH of the phosphate buffer system, 6.8. (See below).
The most accurate readings of saliva and urine pH is recorded immediately upon awakening--after sleeping at least five hours and before brushing your teeth.
It is during sleep that the body removes waste and is in an anabolic state restoring and replenishing the body. For example, if you have a saliva or urine pH of 5.5 and only 5.6 after eating, you know that you are deficient in alkaline reserve and your body is devoid of the minerals necessary to process food properly -- your body cannot adequately respond to the physiological crisis of handling food or drink that is acidic.
3. The pH of your saliva and urine after you eat or drink gives you an indication of your alkaline mineral reserves and your body's ability to deal with the acid residues created from the digestion of that food or drink. It is normal for your pH number to increase after you eat or drink not stay static or decrease. This once again indicates your inability to deal with acid, the deficiency of alkaline reserves and the buildup of latent tissue acidosis. Even if you think of a food like an avocado or a lemon the pH of your saliva should increase by a whole point. This simple test indicates you have sufficient alkaline reserve minerals to pull into your digestive system to begin the digestive and alkaline buffering process.
The ideal urine and saliva pH pattern is 7.2 on awakening, 6.8 to 7.2 before eating and 7.2 to 8.5 following any alkaline meal or drink. A simple test can be done at most any time of the day by eating a few almonds.
This will check the adequacy of the alkaline reserve of the body. When a healthy person with adequate alkaline reserves eats a few almonds, the saliva pH almost immediately goes up to a pH of 8.4. The more acidic the food that is eaten, the more rapid the response of the alkaline reserve, and the higher the saliva pH should be following a meal.
4. The pH of the saliva and urine between meals should be kept in the basic range, pH 7.2 or higher. After one eats, the stomach releases its necessary sodium bicarbonate to help alkalize the food. While doing this, it also action makes an equivalent amount of base or baking soda, sodium bicarbonate, that is picked up by the blood stream and delivered to the alkaline glands of the body, the saliva, the pancreas, the gallbladder, the pylorus glands in the duodenum and the liver. The maximum amount of base in the blood and therefore in the urine and saliva occurs one to two hours after you eat.
This rhythm of the acid and base flow of the body is called by Frederick F. Sander, the Base-floods and the Base-tides of the Acid-Base household. This information was first published in 1930, by Frederick F. Sander, a German scientist, in a book called, The Acid-Base Household of the Human Organism and its cooperation with the nail circulation and the rhythm of the Liver. In his book he states that the body fluids and therefore the urine is most acid at 2:00 A.M. (pH 5.0 to 6.8) in the morning (the base tide) and most alkaline at 2:00 P.M. (pH 7.0 to 8.5) in the afternoon (base flood).
'The ideal pH numbers depend on the time of day. Plotted on a curve it looks like the double hump of the back of a camel. Two times a day the urine should be alkaline and that is the top of the humps and corresponds to 10 A.M. and 2 P.M., the alkaline tide after meals. During the rest of the day, the pH should be between 6.8 and 7.2. This is optimal urine. The first urine in the morning should be more acidic because of the decalcification that takes place during the night in neutralising excess acids.'
If all the acids generated in a day from digestion, respiration, metabolism and degeneration are not all flushed out during the night they accumulate, day after day. The results are the expression of states of imbalance as the body desperately tries to maintain the alkaline fluid pH at 7.365. The day to day buildup of acids affects each of us differently depending on our genetics, lifestyle and diet. I have found that acids settle in the weakest parts of the body and if not eliminated through the bowels, urinary system, lungs or skin, acids are then bound to fat and stored on our hips, thighs, stomach, breasts and brain. Bottom-line acids are the expression of all symptomologies and the direct cause of ALL sickness and disease.
Monitoring your saliva and urine pH puts the responsibility of caring for your health back into your hands. Measuring the saliva and urine pH guides your therapy and shows you how living, eating and drinking determines the quality and quantity of your life.
You should monitor your saliva and urine each day for at least 12 weeks or until you establish your balanced pH at 7.2. Once you have established a balanced saliva and urine pH at 7.2 you can reduce the number of tests to once a day or 2 to 3 times a week. Welcome to our journey. Since being diagnosed with cancer we had three choices, accept the condition and wait, take the advice of Doctors and Chemotherapy or go out on our own and look for alternative answers.
Living the dream was the aim back in 2013 having moved up to Scotland, the Highlands of Scotland. With sea loch a few hundred yards down the road to sprawling mountain views and fairly peaceful part in the country.
We bought a house and land and completely gutted it from the ground up. In 2014 all was going well with the new house up and landscaping and buildings going up, we were very busy. In September it all came to a stop ''Heart Attack'' and then ''Gall bladder pains'' and then ''Epileptic shock'' my face swelled up on one side due to drugs. All had been repaired and now I was in the recovery stage and thinking all I have to do now is ''Exercise get strong, eat right'' and life goes back to normal.
That was not to be in this year 2017 I started feeling dizzy and a little breathless, certainly something was wrong. Some tests done by the doctors and was told it might be due to blood pressure as we were having issues with the strength of one drug, my wife felt that something else was going on, another few weeks and something is really wrong, I am getting worse and back to the Doctors who finally got me to hospital and tests ''Cancer'' had arrived. I was now diagnosed with leukaemia.

It was the biggest shock of my life, I thought to have a heart attack was bad enough but obviously not for me.
Now some choices had to be made but first we had to have a full diagnosis of what exactly I do have, there are forms of blood cancers and still today I am waiting for the answers.
It has given me and my wife some time to think and we have made some pretty sound decisions and one of them is ''I am not going to die'' and that is that. We are positive about it all and where we are going and how we are going to tackle it. I am not going on Chemotherapy but taking the road to alternative medicine (And another medical practitioner, natural healing)
